Do you do the work as well
Yes we do. Being a member of the PCA and employing a qualified surveyor our work is authorised by banks/lenders and conforms to finance retention and equity release criteria.
What's in my Survey Report?
We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the subject of Timber Treatments and Damp Proofing and your Survey Report will detail all relevant aspects of timber and damp issues of the property.
The Survey Report contains:
How much does the survey report cost?
We charge a fee of £80 (Including VAT) for surveys.
Other companies charge a lot more than this, but our smaller charge JUST covers the costs of our Surveyor visiting you, transport, admin and printing costs.
The purpose of our visit is to survey the property and (if client present) to talk to you about what needs to be done to put it right. It's an opportunity for us to show you how well we know our business - and for you to get to know us.
Why do you provide the All-Inclusive service when other companies don't?
We have around 36 years experience in the business and our staff are all experienced and qualified tradesmen. We want our customers to benefit from our knowledge and skills.
This means we are able to produce a "complete" job which our customers find very helpful.
What's in the "All Inclusive Price"?
This means we will remove skirting boards and radiators prior to treatment and refit them afterwards.
Because we have many years of electrical, carpentry and plumbing qualifications and experience - we do all this for you - and it's all included in our estimated price.
So you don't have to pay an electrician, a plumber or a carpenter before AND after the Timber or Damp treatment, as well!
We're proud of our "All Inclusive" approach - and it saves you a lot of money, too!
What does the Guarantee cover?
We offer a company guarantee of 20 years. Because we are registered members of PCA (Property Care Association), we are able to offer an Insurance-backed guarantee.
This Insurance ensures that, if for any reason we were to cease trading, the work to your property would remain covered.
What's CSRT?
In 1995, in order to ensure quality and to promote the highest standards in the industry, a professional qualification for remedial surveyors was introduced, the CSRT - Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment. The CSRT is now the nationally recognised professional qualification within the industry.
