Guarantees

This is an example of our guarantee which will be expected by lenders involved in a property purchase.

If work is not related to property purchase it will serve as your guarantee for the remedial works carried out.

We offer a company guarantee of 20 years. Because we are registered members of PCA (Property Care Association), we are able to offer an Insurance-backed guarantee.

This Insurance ensures that, if for any reason we were to cease trading, the work to your property would remain covered.
